About Mr.Warrillow.
I was born on the 27th of May 1952, Newcastle-under- Lyme, Staffordshire. When I was about 10 years old, I saw and heard Manitas de Plata play Flamenco guitar on television. I was mesmerised and my interest in guitar playing grew.
On leaving school I attended Stafford College of Art, here some of the students played Folk-Blues guitar. Yet another influence. Over the last eight years or so, I have become very interested in Classical and Spanish styles of playing guitar. These influences can be heard in my own guitar compositions. Added to which, I have written verse or prose to each individual compositions. Some I have illustrated.
Love and Peace
Paul Warrillow.
